Some diseases can only be treated with medicines made with plasma. Since plasma can’t be made synthetically, many people rely on plasma donors like you to live healthier, happier lives.
Donating plasma is a wonderful way to help patients facing serious health challenges. We want to make this experience safe, easy, and rewarding for donors who want to make a difference.

Plasma can’t be made in a lab. So, people with rare and complex diseases rely on donors like you to live fuller lives. Knowing you’re helping others is the best feeling in the world. And getting paid for your time is a great way to boost your budget.
When you donate, you’ll receive compensation on a BioLife Debit Card that works wherever Debit Mastercard is accepted.
You can also receive extra funds with our Buddy Bonus when you refer a friend to donate plasma.
We separate plasma from your blood using a process called plasmapheresis. The plasma is then used to produce various treatments and therapies. Since our bodies replenish plasma so easily, donation is both a safe and admirable choice for donors.
You’ll go through a physical and medical screening to help check if you’re eligible.

* Disclaimer: The number of patients presented in this statistic is based on a calculated estimation. 130 donations are needed to treat 1 PI (Primary Immunodeficiency Disease) patient for one year, and 1 donation is needed to treat 2 PI patients daily, on average. Patients infuse PI medication on various schedules spanning from daily to monthly. A donation collected may not be manufactured in a plasma derived therapy or made available to a patient for upwards of 12 months.
