For every donation you make, your compensation is automatically loaded onto a Mastercard. This method ensures a safe and secure transaction of your funds - as well as convenient access to them!

You’ll have access to the following features:

Easy cash withdrawal from ATMs

Secure transfer of funds to your personal bank account

Safe Purchases where a Debit Mastercard is accepted

Your BioLife Debit Card contains all funds you receive from BioLife. Only funds received from BioLife are stored on this card. With each donation, BioLife deposits your compensation onto your BioLife Debit Card. So, spend a little…or spend it all! No credit check or approval process required.

Once you receive your card, you’ll need to activate it and create a unique PIN. You’ll have the following options to do so:

Online: Go to https://login.mypaymentvault.com/activate

Via phone: Call 888-472-0099 and follow the voice prompts for proper instructions.

Now that your card is activated, we recommend claiming it with your signature on the back!

This process will be the same as a transaction using a regular debit card. Make sure your chosen ATM supports Mastercard. (Moneypoint and Allpoint ATMs always accept BioLife Debit Cards.)
Bank Cash Withdrawal
You can request cash from a bank teller at any Mastercard member bank. Just remember to bring your card and ID, of course. You’ll be able to request a cash advance if you choose this option. Locate your nearest Mastercard member bank via the cardholder dashboard.
Money Transfers
Like we mentioned, you can transfer your BioLife funds directly to your bank account, if you choose. Just go to your cardholder dashboard and click the “Access $” tab.

Check Your Balance
It’s always free to check your card balance via your cardholder dashboard or by texting BAL to 445544 (after registering your mobile number via the dashboard). If you decide to check your balance at an ATM, you will be charged a fee!
